- Waiting periods apply to use of routine benefits including dental, optical, maternity, orthodontics and routine check ups
- All claims are subject to settlement as per the prevailing AHFoZ ZRVS tariffs
- All benefits are pro-rated if the join date is after January
- Members can use any private facilities in Zimbabwe
- Orthodontic benefits are subject to board approval.
- New members are required to pay three months contributions on enrolment
